Step 1
Discovery, Review & Feasibility
We'll start by examining your Entrepreneurship Program, including key personnel and housing facilities. Our project team will review existing documentation and data, conducting interviews with administrators, instructors, and students as necessary. This will help us understand the program's position within the University structure and identify potential collaborations with the on-campus housing system.
Step 2
Roadmap Development & Project Requirements
We will define success criteria and objectives for an ELLC aligned with institutional values. Facilitate a working session with key stakeholders and University administrators to establish strategic objectives for the ELLC facility and program. Align the program's culture, mission, and vision with the Entrepreneurship Program and overall campus housing. Prioritize the University's mission to generate practical and implementable recommendations.
