Elevate Campus Innovation:
Unleashing the Power of ELLCs with STRT Consultancy

Living in a resource-rich environment not only activates the creativity inherent to the entrepreneurial mindset, it also provides longitudinal support. Because not all creators bring an initial business idea, through an immersive ELLC, they can learn, experiment and develop their ideas at their own pace.

Paired with our strategic partnership with American Campus Communities (ACC) STRT On Campus brings knowledge and experience in this highly specialized area and will work with its university partners to expedite the pre-development and programming processes and greatly increase the likelihood of project and program success.

Step 1

Discovery, Review & Feasibility

We'll start by examining your Entrepreneurship Program, including key personnel and housing facilities. Our project team will review existing documentation and data, conducting interviews with administrators, instructors, and students as necessary. This will help us understand the program's position within the University structure and identify potential collaborations with the on-campus housing system.

Step 2

Roadmap Development & Project Requirements

We will define success criteria and objectives for an ELLC aligned with institutional values. Facilitate a working session with key stakeholders and University administrators to establish strategic objectives for the ELLC facility and program. Align the program's culture, mission, and vision with the Entrepreneurship Program and overall campus housing. Prioritize the University's mission to generate practical and implementable recommendations.

Step 3
