Troy D'Ambrosio
Founder
Chairman, Board of Directors
Troy D'Ambrosio is currently the Executive Director of the Lassonde Entrepreneur Institute www.lassonde.utah.edu at the University of Utah, an Associate Dean of the David Eccles School of Business and holds a presidential chair in entrepreneurship. The Institute assists student and faculty from idea to launch through programs, competitions and curriculum. The Lassonde Institute is ranked in the top 10 programs by BloombergBusiness Week, Princeton Review/Entrepreneur Magazine and US News.

Troy D'Ambrosio is co-founder, officer and director of multiple start-up companies. He has served as the VP of Investor Relations and Corporate Communication for American Stores Company, an NYSE listed company, and the Director of Mutual Fund Operations for Wasatch Advisors. He graduated from the University of Utah in 1982 and was named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2000, a v100 Technology leader in 2008, and Best in State Educational Administrator in 2009. He received the Governor’s Medal in Science and Technology in 2015 and was award the Distinguished Impact and Innovation award by the University of Utah in 2017.
Victor Gill

Chief Executive Officer
Victor Gill is a serial entrepreneur and educator. His focus is supporting every STRT(er) with the resources they need to succeed and Create the Future. Victor has worked on products from connected and autonomous vehicle technology to computer vision for interior design. He has served as a board member, investor, and executive at several startup companies including Blyncsy in Salt Lake City, Stylyze in Seattle and Arena Solutions in Silicon Valley. He was also a leader in Product at MasterControl and Bask, in Utah.

In addition to his executive experience, Victor has been an energetic contributor in the academic world as a professor at the University of Utah. He has taught classes ranging from information systems to entrepreneurship and marketing. He also held the role of director of the University of Utah's startup accelerator. Victor earned his BS and MS in information systems from the University of Utah.
Ross Robb
EVP Real Estate
Ross Robb has almost 40 years of real estate and development management experience with a focus on public-private partnerships with public universities, including Arizona State University and San Francisco State University and with cities, including Tempe and Chandler, Arizona and Omaha, Nebraska.

Ross also has experience as the Vice President of Development for University House Communities, was a Partner in the development of Manzanita Hall, Co-Managing Partner of Benton-Robb Development Associates, LLP, a Co-Managing Member of Riverfront Holdings, LLC, Board Member and Board President at Kyrene School District Governing Board, Board President of Arizona Capital Facilities Finance Corporation, Chairman of the Caitlin Robb Foundation. Ross has an MBA from Arizona State University and a BS in Accounting from the University of Buffalo.
