The Blocks is seeking artists to participate in their upcoming 2021 Urban Plein Air. They are seeking portfolios from local artists to participate in this three-day event running from July 15th - July 17th. The event invites audiences to engage with and view artists during the painting process - allowing for a deeper appreciation of this artistic medium.
