Who should apply?If you're a creator you should apply. Founders, developers, engineeers, artists, designers, musicians, marketers - are all encouraged to apply. This Hacker House isn't just for those in tech.

Where is it?The STRT SLC Creator Camp is located in downtown just steps away from the Salt Lake City Public Library. We've partnered with one of the hottest new properties to take a section of their full development and offer 10 rooms to the STRT community.

What's included?- A furnished studio apartment with a built in desk. Once you apply we'll send you details on floorplans and layout. - Access to an on property co-working space - Upgraded wifi - Gas, Water, Heat, Trash Removal, Sewer, Air Conditioning - Fitness center - Lounge - STRT events

How much will it cost?Leasing fee is $1,500 per month. $250 security deposit. Application fees, cleaning fee and other costs may apply.

When are rooms available?From April 1st - June 30th, 2021.

Is it an actual house?No. The STRT SLC Creator Camp will be hosted in a multi-purpose apartment community.

What is the application process?- Start your application on this page by completing the form below. - We'll follow up with next steps to complete your application once the form is submitted. - You will finish your application by completing a short term lease agreement with the property manager.

What will I need to bring on checkin day?- Checkin will feel a lot like checking into a hotel, just bring your clothes and any personal items you might need. - The units are furnished so move in should be simple. Bring some sheets for the bed. - More details will be provided as checkin approaches.
